Set inside one of Miami Beach’s most iconic hospitality venues, this production transformed the space through custom scenic elements, immersive lighting, and seamless event execution.

Our scope of work included full draping installation, Insta lighting, laser show production, LED arches, entrance design, and overall event production coordination. Every element was carefully integrated to create a refined and elevated guest experience, while maintaining a clean and cohesive event identity throughout the venue.

A major part of the production was the installation of full draping, which helped reshape the space, add depth, soften the architecture, and create a more immersive and controlled environment. The draping played an important role in defining the event atmosphere and giving the venue a polished, high-end finish.

We also produced the full lighting design, including Insta lighting and accent lighting throughout the space, to highlight key visual moments and enhance the overall mood of the event. The lighting was designed to complement both the venue and the scenic elements, creating a sophisticated environment with strong visual energy from arrival to the main event experience.

To elevate the production even further, our team integrated a laser show, adding movement, intensity, and a dynamic visual layer to the event. Combined with the lighting design, the laser effects helped create a more immersive and memorable atmosphere for guests.
