THE EVENT

For Flex Art Basel 2025 in Miami, Revahlution delivered a complete, end-to-end production from concept to execution. We managed the full creative and technical scope, including event design and space planning, staging and scenic build, and full audio/visual production—professional sound, lighting, LED/video screens, content support, and complete show operations with on-site technical crew.

Our team also handled branding and custom fabrication, including signage, step-and-repeat, and high-impact visual installations, along with rentals and furniture sourcing, layout, and logistics. In addition, we coordinated food & beverage production (bar setup, staffing, catering execution, and service flow), plus vendor management, staffing, security coordination, timelines, load-in/load-out, and on-site production management to ensure a seamless guest experience from start to finish.

From the first design drafts to the final moment of the event, Revahlution oversaw every detail to deliver a polished, high-energy, celebrity-level production worthy of Art Basel and the Flex brand.
