Our team managed the entire production scope from start to finish, including audio visual production, custom pool staging, lighting design, professional sound system installation, stage build, event staffing, bartenders, security, pipe and drape, custom carpet installation, laser effects, projection mapping, and video mapping. Every production element was designed to elevate the property while creating a polished and immersive guest experience.

For this private residence event, we installed a full AV and sound system to ensure excellent coverage throughout the property, allowing the event to flow smoothly across multiple areas. We designed and built custom staging around the pool area, creating a strong focal point for entertainment and key event moments while respecting the architecture and layout of the residence.

Our production team also handled the complete lighting design, using a mix of ambient lighting, stage lighting, and architectural accents to highlight the property’s best features and create a dramatic atmosphere from day into night. To further transform the venue, we incorporated pipe and drape for visual control, space division, and a cleaner scenic finish, along with custom carpet installation to enhance the guest journey and overall presentation.

To add a higher level of visual impact, Revahlution integrated laser show effects, projection mapping, and video mapping, bringing movement, energy, and a fully immersive layer to the event design. These elements helped turn the private residence into a dynamic production environment with a strong visual identity and a luxury event feel.
